Where we ship
Every province and territory: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
Orders ship to Canadian addresses only, so the checkout asks for your province or territory and a Canadian postal code. Remote addresses can take longer than the times above.
What shipping costs
Our tracked parcel is a flat $14.99 CAD on any order under $200, whatever it weighs and wherever it goes. At $200 or more it is free. The free-shipping total counts your products, and the checkout shows every delivery option and its cost before you place the order.
When your order ships
Orders are packed Monday to Friday, within 1 to 2 business days, outside Canadian statutory holidays. An order paid by Interac e-Transfer is packed once the transfer lands. The tracking number comes to you as soon as the parcel is with the carrier, and you can check on an order any time on the order status page.
Proof of age on delivery
Every parcel goes out with Canada Post Proof of Age. An adult of legal vaping age in your province has to sign for it and show government photo ID, so it cannot be left at the door. If nobody is home, Canada Post holds it at the nearest post office, and you collect it there with your ID.
Changing or cancelling an order
An order can be changed or cancelled until it ships. Message us in the live chat with your order number as soon as you can. Once a tracking number exists, the parcel is on its way and the order can no longer be changed.
Parcels that come back
A parcel can come back to us because of a wrong address, because it was not collected, or because nobody could show proof of age. We then refund the order less the shipping both ways. That applies to orders that shipped free as well, so please check your address at checkout.
Late or missing parcels
Check the tracking number first, because it shows the latest word from the carrier. If a parcel has stopped moving, message us with your order number and we will follow it up with Canada Post. Anything that arrives damaged is covered on the returns page.
