1. The agreement

By using geekbars.store, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Simple as that.

2. What you're buying

You're buying a perpetual personal license to read our ebooks on any device you own. You're not buying the copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our ebooks.

3. License — what you can do

Download the files as many times as you need.
Read them on any device you own — phone, tablet, laptop, e-reader.
Print pages for your personal study use.
Keep the files forever, with no subscription required.

3a. License — what you can't do

Share the files with non-purchasers (digital piracy).
Resell, sub-license, or commercially redistribute the ebooks.
Translate or modify the works without written permission.
Use the content to train AI models or scrape it for derivative datasets.

4. Payment & delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal in Euros. After successful payment, download links are emailed within 60 seconds. If you don't receive them within 30 minutes, contact support@geekbars.store.

6. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your download links and account credentials private. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately.

7. Intellectual property

All content on geekbars.store — ebooks, designs, copy, logos — is the intellectual property of geekbars.store or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

The ebooks are educational tools, not certified language qualifications. We make no guarantee that any specific learner will reach any specific level of fluency in any specific timeframe. Effort matters more than any book.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, geekbars.store's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ebook.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bari, Italy. EU consumers retain all rights guaranteed by their local consumer protection laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and via a banner on the site.
