All ebooks and bundles are eligible for refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. The refund window starts from the date of payment.
Email support@geekbars.store with your order number (it's in the receipt email). Include a sentence about why if you'd like — feedback genuinely helps us improve. But you don't have to.
Most refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your request. Funds typically reach your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
Bundles are refunded as a whole package. If you'd like to keep some ebooks and refund the rest, write to us — we'll work it out fairly.
Items purchased with member-only discount codes are still fully refundable.
Buyers in the European Union retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, in addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee — whichever is more generous applies.
